Repair List
- Office ceiling light panel needs to be
replaced-it’s cracked.
- Also the upstairs railing-at top of stairs-is
lose. Needs to be fastened to the floor better. Then stain or paint
it.
- Downstairs hallway ceiling needs to be
replaced-water stained and swelled.
- Stair steps are bare with cracks in them-most
likely they need to be carpeted and painted.
- The exterior surface of the chimney upstairs
in the hallway needs to be spackled and painted.
- Most of the woodwork throughout the house
needs to be sanded and painted.
- Ceiling in the kitchen has water stains from
the roof leaking.
- The roof over the kitchen needs to be replaced
in time. Ice builds up on it in the winter time and leaks.
- The sliding closet doors in the upstairs
master bedroom need to be trimmed, they are scrubbing on the floor
since the new carpet was laid.
